SLP 260 - Clinical Procedures in Speech-Language Pathology This course introduces the degree candidate in Speech-Language Pathology to the clinical education process. Goal setting, lesson planning, methods of observing, describing and recording behavior, formal and informal assessment, professional dispositions and related topics are also discussed. Degree candidates develop clinical writing skills appropriate to various speech-language pathology settings. This course is an introduction to the clinical practicum experience and requires guided observation of a wide variety of clinical cases.

Prerequisites Students must a grade of C or better in SLP 257 , SLP 258 , SLP 264 , SLP 259 , SLP 380 , and SLP 387
