BIO 110 - Foundations of Biology

An introduction to unifying biological principles with emphasis on scientific methods, basic biochemistry, cellular form and function, metabolism, and genetics. A minimum grade of C is required to continue from this course into the Biology Major. Three lecture hours and three laboratory hours scheduled weekly. This course is designed to prepare science majors for advanced science courses.
