BUS 444 - Multinational Business Strategy


This course explores the principles and practices of strategic management in a global business environment. Students will learn how to develop and execute strategies that create competitive advantages across diverse international markets. Topics include global market analysis, international expansion strategies, cultural and regulatory considerations, and the integration of global functional areas such as marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. Through case studies and strategic frameworks, students will gain critical insights into managing business complexities and making informed decisions in a dynamic global landscape.
