BUS 405 - International Business Negotiation


This course explores the strategies, techniques, and cultural considerations involved in negotiating in the global business environment. Students will learn how to navigate crosscultural communication, build effective negotiation strategies, and manage conflicts in international settings. Topics include negotiation styles, ethical issues, legal frameworks, and the influence of politics and economics on global deals. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills to conduct successful negotiations across diverse cultural and business contexts.
