BIO 355 - Biomechanics


This course examines the mechanical principles underlying human movement, combining concepts from physics, anatomy, and physiology to understand how the body generates and responds to forces. Students will analyze real-world movements, explore injury prevention strategies, and apply biomechanical concepts to improve performance and functional outcomes.
