EDU 734 - Principles and Strategies for Teaching Multilingual Learners of English

This course prepares future and practicing educational professionals to effectively support multilingual learners of English in PreK-12 classrooms by equipping them with tools to develop and implement appropriate
instructional strategies. Students will learn how school districts identify, screen, monitor, and assess English language proficiency, and how to provide comprehensible instruction aligned with state and English Language
proficiency standards.
