ORL 735 - Ethical Behavior in Leadership

This course provides an examination of ethics in the organization and the role of organizational leaders in fostering ethical behavior. Through the exploration of frameworks of ethical dealings and moral leadership, students develop competency in critical thinking skills to both identify and remedy ethical issues encountered in organizational settings and interactions.
