Community and Organizational Leadership, B.A.

The mission of the Community and Organizational Leadership program is to provide students with a foundation in leadership theory for specialized leadership roles (e.g., non-profit organizations, community advocacy).  Students will acquire knowledge and skills to address community/organizational needs.  

 

Student Learning Outcomes:

  1. Students will evaluate the behavior of leaders from multiple fields of practice.  
  2. Students will apply knowledge to relevant issues in specialized leadership positions.  
  3. Students will demonstrate the capacity for program evaluation, needs assessment, and other forms of decision-making in leadership roles.  
  4. Students will apply basic research methods and statistical analysis to behavioral data.
