Requirements

Minor courses include:

LEAD 101 - Leadership and Professional Development Credits: 1
LA 201 - Diversity, Gender, and Social Justice Credits: 3
LA 301 - Women, Leadership and Social Change Credits: 3
LEAD 401LS - Leadership in Action Credits: 3

Elective Hours

Six additional elective hours must be taken, and must be approved by the Director of Leadership Studies prior to enrollment in the courses. Students will be advised to take a thematic approach to the study of leadership given their goals and interests. All students will be expected to successfully articulate how their choices create a conceptual framework for the study of leadership.
