Organizational Leadership Certificate

Students admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership (GCOL) program are required to complete a total of 9 graduate semester hours selected from the Organizational Leadership courses excluding the Capstone course (ORL 780). Students may take 3 courses in one semester or courses during subsequent semesters. After the completion of the certificate, students will have the opportunity to articulate GCOL to the Organizational Leadership program or to receive a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership.

These credit hours will be transferable to the Master’s Program as an elective course if a participant desires to continue her/his studies beyond the Certificate Program.
