HED 715 - Compliance and Legal Issues in Higher Education

This course focuses on aspects of educational compliance and the law as it affects the administration of institutions of higher education. Subjects include faculty, staff, and student rights and responsibilities; liability issues; rights of individuals with disabilities; and the implications of increasing technology in higher education.
