PEA 138 - Walk/Jog for Fitness The development of cardiorespiratory fitness through walking and/or jogging. The course will include principles of the exercise prescription, selection of appropriate clothing, injury prevention, hydration/nutrition, planning exercise routes, exercise misconceptions, and a pre/post health related physical fitness assessment.
