BUS 311 - Business Law and Ethics A course designed to give students an awareness of aspects of laws and ethics needed in day-to-day dealings with business. Emphasis placed upon the law of contracts, negotiable instruments, wills, and current issues. It also focuses on ethical issues surrounding the workplace. Topics are introduced by way of case studies which students are invited to explore through a mix of interdisciplinary readings that inspire greater contextual understanding.
