SPED 363 - Assessment in Special Education


Teacher candidates will develop the knowledge and understanding of assessment, diagnosis and evaluation procedures that are essential for teachers in the field of special education. Skills will be developed in the use of formal and informal assessment information in making eligibility, program, and placement decisions for individuals with exceptionalities, including those from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
