CJ 250 - U.S. Constitutional Law for Law Enforcement


This course explores U.S. Constitutional law for law enforcement. Topics include the court system, probable cause and reasonable suspicion, the Exclusionary Rule, stop and frisk, arrest and use of force, Miranda warning and right to counsel, interrogation, searches and seizures, and pretrial identifications.
