(4 credit-hours beyond the GE Natural Science Requirement)

One of the following or an approved topics or themed course

Quantitative Analysis


(3 credit-hours beyond the GE Quantitative Literacy Requirement)

(3 credit-hours beyond the GE Social Science Requirement)

One of the following or an approved topics or themed course

Humanities


 (3 credit-hours beyond the GE Humanities Requirement)

One of the following or an approved topics or themed course

Upper Level Elective


Select one approved upper-level course (300 or higher), special topics course, independent study, or internship fulfilling at least 3 credits and addressing a clear connection to environmental science, environmental policy, or environmentally-themed human expression, particularly with regard to sustainability. Each student must submit a proposal for meeting this requirement to be evaluated by the Environmental Studies Committee.
