MUS 207 - Music Appreciation

This course is designed for the non-music major who wants to develop perceptive listening skills through the study of the great musical masterworks of western European classical music. Various musical elements, forms, and stylistic periods will be studied not merely to impart facts, but to stimulate the student’s curiosity, enthusiasm and love of music. .
